Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date:
Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all prompts, uploads, reference media, generated text, images, videos, and other content submitted to, generated by, stored in, or shared through Drawart AI (the "Platform"). It applies to every user, including users of our generation, editing, upscaling, download, and public gallery features.
This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. You are responsible for your inputs, instructions, generated results, and how you use or distribute those results. Review each result before using or sharing it.
Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
You must not request, upload, generate, edit, share, or facilitate any of the following categories of content through the Platform.
1. Nudity, Sexual Content, and Other NSFW Material
Nudity, pornography, sexual acts, fetish content, sexual services, sexual exploitation, and other NSFW material are prohibited. This includes explicit sexual language, non-consensual intimate imagery, and attempts to sexualize a person through editing or generation. Ambiguous or borderline adult content is also prohibited. These rules apply to prompts, reference media, and generated results.
2. Violence, Gore, and Serious Harm
Graphic injury, mutilation, torture, gore, or content that encourages or celebrates serious harm to people or animals is prohibited. Do not create credible threats, promote terrorism or violent extremism, encourage self-harm, or provide instructions that facilitate violent wrongdoing. Documentary or educational framing does not permit content that creates a serious safety risk.
3. Hate, Harassment, and Abuse
Do not create content that dehumanizes, threatens, or incites hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or another protected characteristic. Targeted harassment, bullying, coercion, and abusive attacks are also prohibited.
4. Child Safety and CSAM
We prohibit child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"), grooming, sexualization of minors, and content that facilitates child abuse or exploitation. Sexual or exploitative content involving or appearing to involve anyone under 18 is prohibited, including requests to alter a minor's apparent age for sexual purposes. This rule applies to real, fictional, illustrated, edited, and AI-generated material.
5. Deepfakes and Deceptive Impersonation
Do not use a real person's identity or likeness without the rights and consent required for your use. Synthetic media must not deceive, defraud, exploit, harass, or falsely suggest that a person said, endorsed, or did something. Non-consensual intimate deepfakes and impersonation intended to manipulate civic processes are prohibited. Authorized creative transformations must be disclosed as AI-generated where required by law or the platform on which they are shared.
6. Copyright, Trademark, Privacy, and Other Rights
Do not upload or generate material that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other protected rights. Obtain the necessary permissions for artwork, photographs, footage, logos, faces, and other reference material. A result passing a safety check does not establish ownership, permission, or a license to use it commercially.
Other Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, or credential theft.
- Malware, cyber abuse, or unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Attempts to evade, disable, or bypass safety checks or access controls.
- Abuse of credits, billing, rate limits, or account registration.
- Scraping, spam, or automation that disrupts the Platform or violates others' rights.
- Disclosure of another person's sensitive or private information without authorization.
- Use of generated material as professional advice in a way that creates a foreseeable risk of harm.
- Use that violates applicable law, model licenses, or service-provider rules.
Content Moderation and Safety Checks
We apply mandatory server-side safety checks to the generation process. Paid accounts and client settings do not exempt content from these checks.
- Uploaded images are checked before they are placed in our storage.
- Prompts and reference images or videos are checked before a generation request is sent to an AI provider.
- Optimized prompt text is checked before it is returned to the user.
- Generated images and videos are checked before they are added to your library or the generation is finalized.
Content proceeds only after an explicit safe result. If content fails a safety check, the input is rejected or the generated result is withheld. A timeout, detector error, or unclear result also prevents the request or output from proceeding. We show a failure message, and the rejected generation does not consume your credits.
AI providers also apply their own restrictions, including the acceptable-use policies of fal and Replicate. Our Policy applies alongside those restrictions.
Automated moderation can make mistakes and cannot guarantee that all prohibited content will be detected. Users remain responsible for compliance with this Policy. We may use account and task information, submitted prompts and reference locations, moderation decisions, and user reports to investigate violations and handle appeals, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Reporting Violations
To report suspected abuse, email support@drawart.ai with the subject "Content Safety Report." Include:
- The relevant Drawart AI URL, task identifier, or account details.
- A concise description of the suspected violation and affected person or right.
- Information that helps us locate the content without redistributing harmful material.
- For copyright or trademark reports, the protected work or mark and your authority to represent the rights holder.
- A contact address for any necessary follow-up.
Do not attach, email, or redistribute suspected CSAM. Provide only its location or identifier so it can be investigated safely. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
We assess reports according to severity and available evidence, prioritizing child safety and imminent harm. Resolution time depends on the information available and any required coordination with service providers or authorities. Knowingly false or abusive reports may lead to account restrictions.
Enforcement
Depending on the severity, context, history, and applicable legal requirements, we may reject or stop requests, withhold generated results, remove or restrict content, warn users, restrict features, or suspend or terminate access to the Platform. We may preserve relevant information and report violations to a service provider or competent authority where required by law.
Severe child-safety violations, credible threats, fraud, and non-consensual sexual deepfakes may result in immediate restriction or termination without prior warning.
Appeals
If you believe a safety restriction was applied in error, email support@drawart.ai from your registered email with the subject "Content Policy Appeal." Include the task or account details and explain why the decision should be reconsidered. An appeal does not guarantee restoration, and content may remain restricted during review.
Policy Updates and Contact
We may update this Policy as the Platform and its safety requirements change. The current effective date appears at the top of this page. Questions can be sent to support@drawart.ai.
